Junior AI Systems Contractor

Stop building toy projects. Help ship AI that real businesses use every day, while learning the modern agentic stack from the people building it.

What you'll do

  • Build, configure, and fine-tune AI agents that automate real workflows with Claude, Claude Code, and MCP.
  • Keep systems healthy: setup, environment config, and the technical groundwork.
  • Run polished live demos for prospective users.
  • Hop on calls to onboard users and turn questions into yes.
  • Pitch in on ad-hoc Python, API testing, and whatever the team is shipping.

You'll fit if you have

  • Foundational CS/STEM knowledge (degree, bootcamp, or self-taught).
  • Solid Python fundamentals: variables, loops, functions, data structures.
  • A working grasp of Web APIs (requests, JSON).
  • Any hands-on time with Claude or another LLM for prompting or scripting.
  • Clear communication; you're comfortable walking someone through a tool.
  • A builder's instinct: you learn new tools fast.
